Welcome to the FAQ section of Brown Owl Legal Support. Here, we have compiled answers to some common questions that our clients often ask. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us for more information.

How do I book a chat with you?

My diary is available on Calendly.  Feel free to arrange a consultation with me via the method that suits you best - telephone, Zoom, Google Meet etc.

 

 

Why might I use a virtual assistant?

You may be struggling to manage on your own, or struggling to recruit a suitable candidate.  

You may wish to benefit from my experience when your secretary is off on holiday or team members are on sick leave.

I have over a decade of experience behind me and can hit the ground running.  Working with me will save you time and money.

How will I be billed?

My clients are billed monthly by my accounting partners, Xero.  Payment is preferred by bank transfer, though card payment options are available.

What are your business hours?

I can be flexible to meet your needs.  I am an early bird and can often be found working at 6am!  I am available during office hours and will work evenings and weekends when pre-arranged.

Will you work with me in my office?

I am primarily home based, yet I am open to discussing the possibility of working on-site at your location on a limited basis. If on-site work is required, please note that travel time and mileage will be charged in addition to my standard hourly rate.

Due to scheduling constraints, my capacity for on-site work is limited. Please enquire to discuss your specific needs and to check my availability.

Are you on the DX network?

Yes.  My DX address is below.  Please let me know when you send files to me by DX and I will collect them promptly.

Do you have a secure email address?

I have a secure email address with Proton.  This is for the exclusive use of my clients and is available upon request.

Are there areas of law you do not assist in?

I do not have previous experience carrying out conveyancing work.  I welcome such enquiries, however, and will work under supervision and guidance in this area of law.
